Only in Colorado do we get
May snow storms, but that won`t
stop us from making the
annual Turtle Run.
The Bookcliffs sporting a new snow on top
and it is still drizzling down low.
The one thing about starting off a ride
in the rain is that you don't have to
wonder if you are going to get wet that day.
Looking forward to hot coffee and
a green chili breakfast burrito at
Vance Johnson's cafe in Parachute.
You have to be a lil' crazy to be riding in
this weather.
Steve Wilson sporting the soaked
leather look.
Joe and Betsy caught up with us at
breakfast and we met Steve Carter in GJ.
Yea!!! The sun is coming out!
After waiting for some of the other
groups to take off I think we will head out...
Headed to the town of Mesa for
our second card of the poker run.
Looks like Grand Mesa got some fresh
snow as well.
After picking up the second card of
what looks to be my typical bad hand,
we go over sunny side to Debeque
then Parachute.
Joe, Betsy and Steve C.
This road is full of curves and is always
a fun ride.
We must be cruisin' right along, we have
caught up with the group that left
before us.

I can't find the rest of the pictures
from the ride, but we had a great ride and BBQ.
As soon as I find the others, I will get them
posted.
